As a Storyteller for Expo 2020 Dubai, she crafted immersive exhibition experiences for esteemed entities such as the United Nations, the African Union, and over ten countries. Her ability to weave narrative with urgent global issues has propelled her collaborations with prestigious organizations like Global Citizen, where she scripted on-stage talent for festivals in Accra, Paris, and New York.

In 2023, Nicole assumed the pivotal role of Content Director for Ethiopia’s Green Legacy exhibition at COP28, shaping the narrative and overseeing content to spotlight Ethiopia’s proactive measures in combatting the effects of climate change. Her passion for stories led her to screenwriting, where her debut, ‘Living in Bondage: Breaking Free,’ clinched the prestigious Best Screenplay award at the Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice Awards. Her second feature, ‘Rattlesnake: The Ahanna Story,’ garnered critical acclaim, with both films streaming on Netflix.

Recognising storytelling’s unmatched power to unify and empower, Nicole founded ‘Write Good Stories,’ a storytelling agency and development lab in Lagos dedicated to nurturing African writers committed to crafting authentic narratives.
